Design of PLA-based plastic Cup injection Molding die
Abstract
This design chooses UG NX 6.0 to design PLA-based plastic cup, and uses the "Injection Mold Guide" in the software to design the plastic parts forming mould. According to the related properties of PLA, such as tensile strength, injection molding temperature ,ect, the shrinkage of plastic parts is obtained, and a suitable mould is designed. Among them,the design of plastic parts mainly focuses on some common commands of the software, taking for example stretching,shell pulling and so on, while the plan of mould mainly concentrate the "injection mold guide", such as leading-in,selecting for employment and use. Cooling systematic and demoulding systematic, and so on, combined with these two can design the mold in accordance with the plastic parts. According to the movement of the designed mould A series of important parameters, such as clamping locked, molding mental strain,injection molding mode and so on, are obtained by determining the size of die fixing plate and drawing rod space,and obtaining a series of important parameters, such as clamping locked,rated injection volume,pull rod space and so on. This design has a good guiding significance for some workers engaged in mold theory research or design.
