摘 要：目的：为探讨犬子宫内膜炎早期相关炎性因子的变化和摸索更准确灵敏的诊断方法，为犬子宫内膜炎早期诊断提供科学的依据。方法：建立犬子宫内膜炎模型，选择健康母犬21只，采用人工对犬子宫黏膜制造损伤后再分别灌注大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌，于实验前1d和实验后2、4、6、8d采集血样，利用放射免疫法检测其白细胞介素IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）的含量。结果表明：试验后的4、6、8d 的IL-2；2、4、6、8d 的IL-6和4、6d的IL-8的含量比试验前有极显著差异（p＜0.01）；试验后的2d和8d IL-2和 IL-8的含量比实验前有显著差异（p＜0.05）；试验1、2组与对照组比较差异极显著；试验1组与试验2组比较差异不显著（P＞0.05）：在对照组中试验前与试验后比较差异不显著。

Study of relation inflammatory factors of endometritis early in dog
Abstract：Objective: To invastigate the changes in epxression levels of inflammatory factors during the early stages of canine endometritis and explore more accurate and sensitive diagnostic methods, therefore providing a scientific basis for early diagnostic methods for canine endometritis. Methods: canine endometritis model is created. Specifically, twenty one healthy female dogs were selected, after artificial production of canine uterine mucosa injury, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were injected for each dog. Blood samples were collected 1d before and 2,4,6,8 d after the infection, interleukin IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) levels were determined using radioimmunoassay. The results showed that: there were significant increases for IL-2 at time points 4,6,8 d; IL-6 at time points 2,4,6,8 d; and IL-8 at  time points 4,6 d (p <0.01). IL-2 and IL-8 levels after 2d and 8d were significantly increased compared to that of 1 d before infection (p <0.05); significant difference exists between the control group and test groups 1 and 2; the difference between the two test groups was not significant (P> 0.05); there was no significant difference in the control group during the whole expreiment.
