摘 要:粪肠球菌是动物肠道正常菌群,但近年来的研究表明，该菌早已经成为院内感染的重要机会致病菌之一，在兽医领域，粪肠球菌能引起猪，牛，羊，禽等动物发病而引起高度关注。本实验对实验小鼠通过腹腔注射半数致死量为9.3×1010个活菌数的粪肠球菌菌液，待小鼠自然死亡后，取小鼠的脏器做石蜡病理切片。从微观病理变化发现小鼠各脏器细胞均有不同程度的变性，坏死。脏器血管均有充血，淤血，中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞增多。说明粪肠球菌能侵害小鼠的各主要脏器，同时引起小鼠的免疫反应。
