卵泡抑制素基因免疫对犊牛生长发育的影响(8700字)
摘 要:为研究卵泡抑制素基因免疫对犊牛生长发育的影响,本试验选取氯前列烯醇处理 2次后的同期发情母黄牛50头用于处理,分别给四个剂量组母牛臀部肌肉注射0.5 mg、1.0 mg、1.5 mg和2.0 mg pcISI质粒,给对照组母牛注射生理盐水。结果表明,抑制素基因免疫能产生抗抑制素抗体,免疫后母牛抗体水平明显升高,但是各试验组犊牛初生体重和初生 体尺与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);各剂量组犊牛日增体重和日增体尺与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究结果说明了抑制素基因 免疫不能促进犊牛生长发育。

Inhibin Gene Immunization on The Growth and Development of Calves
Abstract:To study inhibin gene immunization on growth and development of calves, 50 synchronized female cattle were selected for processing. Four dose groups were injected intramuscularly with 0.5 mg, 1.0 mg, 1.5 mg and 2.0 mg pcISI plasmid, respectively; the control group was injected with saline. The results showed that the inhibin gene immunization could induce production of anti-inhibin antibodies, antibody levels increased significantly after immunization, but difference of the birth weight and birth body size among in each immunized group was not significant (P> 0.05); in addition, there was no obvious difference of daily weight gain and daily body size gain between the experimental groups and the control group (P> 0.05). The results suggest that the inhibin gene immunization can not promote growth and development of the calves.
