分层网络技术的研究与应用(任务书,开题报告,论文说明书16000字)
摘要
世界经济的快速发展，促使当前市场竞争激烈程度逐渐加剧，多项目管理越来越成为企业所看重的因素。除此之外，受企业自身资源配置问题的影响，使得相当一部分数量的企业相继出现资源配置的问题，在这种大环境下，如何合理分配资源成为当前亟需解决的问题之一。通过大量的真实案例不难发现，随着科学技术的不断更新，项目管理的难度不断提升，其在企业发展中的重要性愈来愈显著。事实上，多相目管理与企业内部的多种因素有关，不仅可以有效地化解企业内部各部门的矛盾，还可以优化与完善资源配置体系。从某种角度上讲，在企业的生存发展过程中，项目分层与其网络技术意义重大，应当对其加大研究力度。
本文交代了项目管理理论、网络计划技术、多项目管理及层次分析法的相关研究历史背景及研究现状，随后逐一论述各项理论，即项目管理、多项目管理、网络技术与分层网络技术等内容，并在各项理论的基础之上提出了关键线路法。该方法是本篇论文研究的重点，笔者采取网络计划图的方式分别确定项目时间与关键线路。本文尝试将多项目管理中项目进行分层及优先级排序，以优先级排序的结论为依据，依次对多项目进行层次划分，对已有的网络计划技术进行改进：建立分层网络技术，使得多项目管理可以纳于网络技术的控制中，将各类资源科学合理的分配，其核心部分是确定网络计划的分层模型。项目管理人员可自行对多个项目进行此五类优先级划分建立多项目分层模型。文章中笔者将网络计划图的绘制方法作为重点论述对象，详尽介绍了网络模型的分层方法与构建方法，计算项目时间指数，关键线路的确定，合理分配资源等内容。

Abstract
The economy making the market competition heats up, the more project management become the factor of enterprisevalue. And because the enterprise is always full of changes and limited resources, lead to enterprise facing the project scheduling problem and optimize the allocation of resources.Can fully meet the challenges of the multiple project management gradually become one of the important factors that decide enterprise good development.More mainly to solve the resource conflicts in the project, project management department conflict and its coordination mechanism and the problem such as priority, how to properly solve these problems has become the core content of project management research. So the layering project arise out of the question, and the network technology in enterprises more than the actual project management has a great theoretical and practical significance.
This paper narrates the theory of project management, network planning technology, project management and related research background and research status of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), theory of network planning technique, theory of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the project management plan and network techniques in detail in this paper, the layered, mainly elaborated the key route method, using the Internet to express plan , the calculation of time parameters of network plan and determine the critical path of the system in detail. This article is trying to project in the project management more layered and prioritization, decide on priorities for hierarchical processing project model, establish a hierarchical network technology, makes the project management can be more in control of network technology, a variety of resources for effective distribution and balance, its core part is the layered model of network plan.Project management personnel available for multiple projects for the five kinds of prioritization multiple project layered model is set up. This paper details the method of hierarchical network planning chart drawing, including how to build a hierarchical network model, how to make the determination of time parameters,, how resources optimization, etc.
