超薄型平面变压器的设计(论文12000字)
摘要:本文介绍了超薄型平面变压器的结构、特点以及应用范围,并对其优缺点做了分析,利用基础公式推导出满足一定温升条件下最小磁芯结构常数的计算公式,以及绕组宽度、电流等相关参数的计算公式,以此作为依据进行磁芯和绕组选择。论文详细描述了平面变压器的设计步骤,在此基础上给出超薄型平面变压器的设计方法,通过正向变压器的设计实例证明了该方法的实用性,设计实例中应用AltiumDesigner18进行了原理图及PCB图的绘制,最后对设计样品进行检测,符合设计要求。

Design of ultra-thin plane Transformer
Abstract:In this paper, the structure, characteristics and application range of ultra-thin plane Transformer are introduced, its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the formula for calculating the minimum core structure constant under certain temperature rise conditions is derived by using the basic formula. And winding width, current and other relevant parameters of the calculation formula, as a basis for the core and winding selection. Based on the detailed description of the design steps of the planar Transformer, the design method of the ultra-thin planar Transformer is given, and the practicability of the method is proved by the design example of the forward Transformer. AltiumDesign 18 was used to draw the schematic diagram and PCB diagram in the design example. Finally, the design sample was tested to meet the design requirements.
