摘要:随着科学技术的发展,现在的工程实践中,越来越多的场合都需要进行电机转速的测量,对测量的精度要求也越来越高。本文在参阅了大量电动电机转速测量设计的基础上,利用单片机和霍尔元件构建了一个测量电机转速的装置。该装置预期达到的要求是能够检测电机的转速并液晶显示出来,并可以通过按键来设置电机转速的上限,下限为上限的44%。当转速高出上限或低于下限时,通过蜂鸣器和二极管发出警报。本文首先简要介绍了该设计的背景和应用价值,然后详细介绍了测量电机转速装置的设计,包括硬件系统的各部分分析和软件设计的各个环节详细说明,最后给出样机和实验结果。

The design of the motor speed measuring instrument

Abstract: As the science and technology are developing rapidly, more and more occasions in modern engineering practice need to carry out the rotational speed measurement. The requirement of the accuracy grows along with this rapid development. In this paper, after doing a lot of research on the design of the rotational speed measurement, we decided to build a speed-measuring device based on the use of micro-controller and hall sensor. This device is expected to detect the rotational speed and print the figure to the LCD screen. The range of the speed can be set by two buttons, in which case the lower limit is of 44% of the higher limit. When the speed is out of range, the buzzer and the diode will give out the alarm signal to inform the users. This paper will begin with a brief introduction on the background of the design followed by the design’s application value. The paper will then lead you to the detailed design of this device including the analysis of both the hardware and software parts. Last but not the least, the paper shall show the prototype and the results of the experiment.
