简易自动电阻测试仪的设计(任务书,开题报告,论文13000字)
摘要
随着电子工业的飞速发展,电子产品广泛应用于生活中的各个领域。而电阻测试为电子产品生产过程中的一个基本环节,所以电阻的自动测量有利于实现生产加工的自动化,对于提高生产效率具有重要意义。
为更好的改善解决这一问题,本文提出了一种制作一个简易自动电阻测试仪的方法,采用52系列单片机STC89C52为控制核心,测量量程为100Ω~1mΩ,测量精度为1%。该测试仪利用555定时器构成的多谐振荡电路,将待测电阻接在RC振荡电路中,将待测电阻参数转换为频率信号,由单片机的I/O口采集产生的振荡频率,由多谐振荡电路的频率公式,计算出电阻R,并显示在液晶屏LCD1602上。该系统可以实现自动切换量程、信号采集以及显示功能等。由于产生的频率电平信号可以直接被单片机采集,该测试仪的测量精度高,易于测量;另一方面系统可实现仪器仪表的自动化,可靠性高,应用方便。
本设计基于单片机与多谐振荡电路为主要模块,能够较好的实现电阻的自动测量,并给出了测试结果。测试结果表明,该测试仪在电阻自动测量方面能够达到各项指标要求。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the electronics industry, electronic products are widely used in various fields of life. The resistance test for the electronic product production process in a basic part, so the automatic measurement of resistance is conducive to the realization of production and processing automation, to improve production efficiency is of great significance.
For a better improvement to solve this problem, this paper presents a method of making a simple automatic resistance tester, using 52 series single-chip STC89C52 as the control core, measuring the range of 100Ω ~ 1mΩ, the measurement accuracy of 1%. The tester uses 555 timer composed of multi-harmonic oscillator circuit, the resistance to be measured in the RC oscillator circuit, by the microcontroller I / O port acquisition of the oscillation frequency generated by the multi-harmonic circuit frequency formula, calculate the resistance R, and is displayed on the LCD panel LCD 1602. The system can achieve automatic switching range, signal acquisition and display functions. As the frequency of the generated signal can be directly collected by the microcontroller, the tester's high precision measurement, easy to measure; the other hand, the system can realize the instrument automation, high reliability, easy to use.
The design based on single-chip and multi-harmonic oscillator circuit as the main module, can better achieve the automatic measurement of resistance, and gives the test results. The test results show that the tester can meet the requirements of the automatic measurement of resistance.
