中职青年英语教师教学倦怠的调查研究(附调查问卷)(硕士)

中职青年英语教师教学倦怠的调查研究(附调查问卷)(硕士)(论文25000字)
摘要
对职业学校教师教学倦怠现象进行研究,具有较强的现实意义。本文以广东省云浮市七所公立职业学校的30名青年英语教师为对象对教学倦怠问题进行研究。研究过程:第一步对学术界已有的关于教学倦怠问题的研究进行阅读整理对论文写作进行指导;第二步首先以马勒斯的MBI量表为基础编制调查问卷对中职学校青年英语教师教学倦怠现象进行问卷调查同时随机选择十名教师进行访谈,然后对问卷调查和访谈结果进行整理分析得出云浮市中学学校青年教师教学倦怠的基本情况以及教学倦怠的影响因素。第三步根据前文研究结果和问题从教师个人层面、学校层面和社会层面提出缓解中学校青年教师教学倦怠的措施。
希望笔者的研究能够为缓解中职学校青年教师教学倦怠问题、促进职校教学质量的提升提供有益的参考。

Abstract
At present, the problem of teaching burnout has become a major problem that bothers the improvement of teaching quality, teachers 'physical and mental health, teachers' professional development and educational reform. By the quality of students, social discrimination and other factors affect the phenomenon of secondary vocational school teachers teaching burnout more serious than ordinary secondary school teachers. In recent years, the state has gradually increased the importance of vocational education and attention to the intensity of the Ministry of Education is also implementing vocational education and teaching reform. In this context, the study of teachers' burnout in vocational schools has a strong practical significance. In this paper, 30 young English teachers in seven public vocational schools in Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, were investigated on the problem of teaching burnout. The second step is to compose the questionnaire on the basis of Mullers' MBI scale. The second part is to make a questionnaire based on Mullers' MBI scale for the youth of the vocational school. The second part is to research the teaching burnout problem in the academic circles, English teachers' teaching burnout were investigated. At the same time, ten teachers were interviewed randomly. Then the questionnaire survey and interview results were analyzed and analyzed. The basic situation of teaching burnout and the influential factors of teaching burnout were also analyzed in Yunfu middle school. According to the results and problems mentioned above, the measures to alleviate the teaching burnout of young teachers in middle school are put forward from the individual, school and social level. It is hoped that the author's research can provide useful reference for alleviating the problem of teaching burnout of young teachers in vocational schools and promoting the improvement of teaching quality in vocational schools.
